Tomato Bread Salad with Herbs
1 tbsp red wine vinegar1 garlic clove (minced and mashed to a paste with a pinch salt)14 cup extra-virgin olive oil2 cups crusty bread12 lb tomatoes (red, cut into 34 inch wedges)12 lb tomatoes (yellow, cut into 34 inch wedges)14 cup kalamata olives (nicoise)14 cup basil leaves (fresh, washed well spun dry and chopped fine)1 tbsp chopped leaves (fresh marjoram leaves chopped fine)
I use this instead of flour
Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flour mix!! Found this at Walmart. I use it all the time when baking! Makes it very easy to substitute into recipes. Just use it like regular flour!

New Lifestyle
Hello! Tomorrow I am going to be starting my new lifestyle. It is going to be a healthy, organized, complete lifestyle. I challenge you to try and get rid of the things in your life that are holding you back. I was inspired to finally make these changes from my recent breakup. My breakup with my boyfriend was just that push i needed to have the motivation to finally get started. Now I am going cold-turkey, which means i am just going to start it without any progressions. I know going cold-turkey works for me because that is what I did when I became a vegetarian. If you are doing this then you my want to slowly progress into you new lifestyle. I am not saying you have to makeover your life completely, but just get rid of all the negativity and the things that have a negative impact on you, this can be from an emotional and physical standpoint. I have been wanting to do this for so long but like i said that little push (the breakup) really made me inspired to just go at it. Just to give you an idea of what I will be changing/doing I have made a list:
